12:00 PM   – Lunch Break (Mallorytown)
Pause for lunch at a convenient stop (cost not included). Relax and refuel before hitting the road again.

2:00 PM – Afternoon Rest Stop
Enjoy another brief rest stop to keep you refreshed and comfortable.

4:30 PM   – Additional Rest Stop
Take one final break before arriving at your destination.

6:30 PM   – Arrival in Quebec City
Arrive at your home for the next few nights, the Delta Hotel by Marriott Quebec. The evening is yours to explore this charming city at your leisure.

Each passenger will receive a pass (included) to enjoy and discover 3 sites of activity of Quebec City Winter Carnaval.

Ice Palace of Bonhomme

Sculpture Garden (featuring around 30 stunning ice and snow sculptures)

Jukebox Site, located just in front of the garden, offering a variety of music-themed activities and a Ferris wheel (a special surprise—don’t tell anyone yet!).

DAY 3: February 08, 2025 Saturday

7:00 AM – Buffet breakfast at the hotel (included)

9:00 AM – Depart for the Ice Hotel
Begin your day with a scenic departure to the renowned Ice Hotel.

10:00 – 11:30 AM – Private, Behind-the-Scenes Tour
Enjoy a private, guided tour of the Ice Hotel, offering a unique behind-the-scenes look at this frozen wonderland. Duration: Approximately 1 hour 30 minutes on-site, including a drink at the ice bar (included).

12:00 PM – Return to Quebec City for Lunch and Free Time
Head back to Quebec City, where you’ll have time to enjoy lunch on your own and explore the city at your leisure. Each passenger will also receive a pass (included) for access to all three of featured sites:

• Ice Palace of Bonhomme

4:45 PM – Depart for the VIP Parade Experience
Board the coach and head to the exclusive VIP Parade experience.

5:30 PM – 7:00 PM – Parade (Signature Event)
Enjoy the parade from exclusive bleacher seating, complete with a souvenir blanket to keep warm and take home. Bar service will be available, offering both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages before the parade begins.

The evening is free for you to unwind, explore the area further, or enjoy a local meal at your leisure.

DAY 4: February 09, 2025, Sunday

Check out of the hotel and board the coach for your return trip to Toronto.

Stop for lunch (cost not included) before continuing the drive home.

6:30 – 8:00 PM   – Estimated Arrival at Drop-Off Locations
Arrive back at your original pick-up location between 6:30 and 8:00 PM, ending your trip with wonderful memories of Quebec City.
