Policies & Conduct

CosmoVista Tours has a zero-tolerance policy toward any disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior. Guests engaging in such conduct may be removed from the tour without refund and will be responsible for their own return travel costs.

Travel Insurance

At CosmoVista Tours, your safety and peace of mind are important to us. While our tour packages do not include travel insurance, we strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance before departure.

Unexpected events—such as illness, injury, or travel disruptions—can occur. CosmoVista Tours is not liable for accidents, medical expenses, trip interruptions, or cancellations that may arise during your travels.

Although we do not sell insurance directly, we encourage guests to explore coverage options through reputable third-party providers. At a minimum, we suggest choosing a policy that includes:

  • Trip cancellation and interruption coverage
  • Emergency medical assistance and hospitalization
  • Repatriation (return to your home province or country)

It is your responsibility to ensure that your selected insurance policy meets your specific needs. Be sure to disclose any pre-existing medical conditions to your insurance provider to avoid gaps in coverage. For questions or assistance, we recommend contacting your provider directly.
