  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking? Deposits are non-refundable, but if you cancel 45+ days before departure and haven't paid the final balance, we offer a one-time credit toward another tour within 12 months. Once paid in full, the booking is 100% non-refundable.Traveler Tip:  Because of these firm commitments to our partners, we strongly recommend  purchasing comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking to protect your investment.


  • What happens if CosmoVista Tours cancels the tour? If we must cancel due to circumstances beyond our control, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to us.

 

  • Do I need travel insurance? While not mandatory, we strongly recommend comprehensive insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, and medical coverage to protect your investment.


  • Are children allowed on the tour? While our experiences are designed primarily for active adults, select departures welcome children aged 5 and older. Please check the specific tour page to confirm if an itinerary is designated as child-friendly.


  • Is this tour suitable for seniors? Yes! Our journeys are designed primarily for independent, active adults and seniors who enjoy cultural exploration and a steady but unhurried pace. Travelers should be comfortable navigating daily activities independently.

 

  • How much walking is involved? Expect steady but unhurried walking, including historic districts with stairs, cobblestones, or uneven pathways. We recommend comfortable, supportive footwear.

 

  • What is the typical group size? Our Coach-based Tours typically host 30–45 guests, providing a social atmosphere with plenty of space on the motorcoach. Our "Meet Us There" tours are more intimate, typically limited to 12–18 guests.

 

  • Will there be free time to explore? Absolutely. We believe the best memories often happen during quiet moments. Most tours offer a thoughtful balance of guided experiences and personal time for cafés, photography, or simply soaking in the atmosphere.


  • Which hotels will we stay at? We feature "Signature Stays"—carefully selected, reputable, and centrally located hotels. Specific hotel details are listed under the “Accommodations” section of each itinerary.


  • What are the pick-up spots? Options vary by tour; some include GTA coach pick-ups, while others require travelers to meet at the destination or airport. Check the "Pick-up Points" on the specific tour page.


  • Is there a restroom on the bus? Full-size motorcoaches usually include onboard washrooms, while mini-coaches do not. Regardless, we schedule regular comfort breaks every 2–2.5 hours.


  • Are meals included? A bountiful breakfast is included each day. Other meal inclusions (lunches/dinners) vary by itinerary; please refer to the “What’s Included” section of your specific tour.


  • How many bags can I bring? Each guest may bring one small/medium suitcase and one carry-on or personal item.


  • Can the itinerary change during the tour? Yes. While we strive to follow the planned itinerary, adjustments may be made due to weather, traffic, or local events. Our tour director may modify the schedule to ensure the best possible experience for all guests.


  • Can I request specific seats for shows or performances? Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate specific seat requests for shows. Seating is arranged by the venue, but we always try to keep groups together when possible.


  • What if I book my own tickets for an event during the tour and can’t attend? CosmoVista Tours cannot be held responsible for missed events or activities that were booked independently of the tour.

  • Can you accommodate dietary restrictions or allergies? Absolutely. Whether you are vegetarian, gluten-free, or have specific food allergies, we work closely with our hotel partners and local restaurants to ensure your meals are both safe and delicious. Please notify us of any requirements at the time of booking.


  • Can I request a specific seat on the bus? Yes, you may request a preferred seat and we’ll do our best to accommodate it. However, seat assignments are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.


  • Can I sit with my friends on the bus? Absolutely! We’ll make every effort to seat you with your friends. Please let us know your request when booking.


  • Can I request a specific bed type in my hotel room? Yes, we’ll forward your request to the hotel (e.g., one bed vs. two beds), but all requests are subject to hotel availability at check-in.


  • Can I stay in a room near my friends? Yes. We’ll gladly pass along your request to the hotel. While most hotels do their best to accommodate these requests, final room assignments depend on availability.


  • Can I request a pick-up location? We offer several convenient pick-up locations, which are listed on each tour page under "Meeting Points." While we can’t guarantee custom pick-ups, you’re welcome to make a request—we’ll review it and let you know if it’s possible based on the route and timing.
