CosmoVista Tours is not responsible for the availability, security, fees, or enforcement of parking at any pick-up location. Guests who choose to leave their vehicles do so at their own discretion and risk. Whenever possible, we recommend arranging drop-off and pick-up by a friend, family member, or ride service.
๐ Timing Reminder
All pick-up times are approximate and subject to traffic or weather conditions. Please plan to arrive
at least 15 minutes early at your selected meeting point.
๐งณ Luggage Name Tags
For your convenience and security, we kindly ask all guests to attach a name tag to each piece of luggage. This helps ensure your bags are easily identified throughout the tour—especially during hotel check-ins and when loading/unloading the coach.
Your tag should include:
- Your full name
- Phone number
- Tour name: Quebec City Tour with CosmoVista Tours
We also recommend using a distinctive ribbon or luggage strap to help spot your bag quickly.

- Government-issued photo ID – for hotel check-in and border crossings (if applicable)
- Comfortable walking shoes – many destinations have cobblestone streets or gentle hills
- Layered clothing – weather can change quickly, especially in spring and fall

- Arrive at your pickup spot at least 15 minutes early
- Be ready in the hotel lobby at the designated time for daily departures
- Keep essential items with you on the bus (valuables, medications, documents)

Each passenger may bring:
- 1 medium-sized suitcase (stored under the bus)
- 1 small carry-on or backpack for the coach

- Seats are pre-assigned (see your email or ask the tour director)
- All coaches include a washroom and comfort stops every 2–3 hours
