Day 1:  Journey to the Capital – Toronto to Washington, D.C.

Your adventure begins as you board our comfortable coach, ready for an inspiring journey to the heart of American history. As we travel south, the scenic drive offers views of rolling landscapes, quaint towns, and vibrant countryside. Along the way, we make stops for rest, refreshments, and a special visit to an Amish Farm, where you can experience a taste of traditional life.

As evening approaches, the shimmering lights of Washington, D.C. come into view. We arrive at our upscale hotel, perfectly situated just outside the city, providing both comfort and convenience for your stay. The evening is yours to explore, relax, or take in the local surroundings at your leisure.

Day 2:  Washington, D.C. – Exploring American Legacy

Wake up to a hearty breakfast before setting off for a full-day exploration of the nation’s capital. Our guided tour takes you through the heart of Washington, where history and power intersect. Marvel at the architectural beauty of The White House and stand in awe at the towering Washington Monument. Pay your respects at the solemn Lincoln Memorial and admire the elegance of the Jefferson Memorial, reflecting on the leadership that shaped a nation.

The tour also includes a visit to the Korean & Vietnam War Memorials, powerful tributes to those who served. Along the way, you will receive a fascinating overview of the Smithsonian Museums and visit Ford's Theatre, where President Lincoln’s legacy took a tragic turn.

After the tour, the afternoon is yours to discover Washington, D.C. at your own pace. Explore the world-famous Smithsonian National Museum of Natural History, wander through the National Gallery of Art, or stroll the pathways of the National Zoo. For those seeking fresh air and beautiful scenery, the historic C&O Canal offers picturesque views and peaceful trails along the Potomac River.

As the evening settles, our coach will be ready to take you back to the hotel. For those wanting to experience D.C.'s vibrant nightlife, you are welcome to continue exploring and make your own way back.

Day 3: Arlington National Cemetery & Smithsonian Exploration

After breakfast, we depart for a visit to Arlington National Cemetery, one of the most revered resting places in the United States. This historic site is a powerful symbol of honor and remembrance, offering views of the Tomb of the Unknown Soldier, John F. Kennedy’s Eternal Flame, and the iconic Changing of the Guard ceremony.

You’ll have the chance to explore the grounds via the Tourmobile Trolley, providing a narrated journey through Arlington’s most significant landmarks. The serene atmosphere and endless rows of white headstones serve as a powerful reminder of sacrifice and service.

Day 4: Farewell to Washington – Journey Home to Toronto

On our final morning, enjoy a leisurely breakfast before checking out of the hotel. Our journey back to Toronto offers time to relax, reflect, and share memories with fellow travelers. Along the way, we’ll stop for refreshments, including a visit to the Grove City Outlet Mall, where you can stretch your legs, shop, and grab a bite to eat.

As the skyline of Toronto comes into view, you’ll carry with you memories of historic landmarks, cultural treasures, and moments of reflection from the nation’s capital. Our journey ends where it began, back at your original pick-up location, bringing this historic adventure full circle.
