What to Know Before Your

Guided Tour

🧭 Who Our Tours Are Designed For

CosmoVista Tours are designed for active adults who enjoy exploring at a relaxed yet steady pace. Our itineraries often include walking tours, stairs, uneven surfaces, and periods of standing—especially in historic districts where elevators, ramps, or smooth pathways may not always be available.

For this reason, our tours are not suitable for guests with significant mobility limitations or those who require mobility aids, including walkers, scooters, or wheelchairs.

To participate comfortably, guests should be able to:

  • Walk at a moderate pace for 20–30 minutes at a time
  • Navigate stairs and uneven surfaces without assistance
  • Board and exit the coach independently
  • Manage personal needs without assistance from our team or fellow guests

Some itineraries welcome children ages 5 and older, as indicated on the individual tour page.

πŸ›‘οΈTravel Insurance

To safeguard your tour investment, please consider purchasing travel insurance that covers cancellations, delays, and medical emergencies — both in-province and out-of-province.
Clients are responsible for arranging their own coverage.

We want everyone to feel safe, comfortable, and respected throughout the tour. CosmoVista Tours has a zero-tolerance policy for disruptive, disrespectful, or unsafe behavior.
