    Deposit & Final Payment

    For departures more than 45 days away, a 10% non-refundable deposit per person secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at booking. Please review the cancellation terms and consider travel insurance before booking.

    Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage for trip cancellation, delays, and medical emergencies.

    This tour is designed for independent travellers who can walk comfortably for 20–30 minutes at a time, manage stairs and board the motorcoach without assistance. It is not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters or guests requiring continuous assistance.


    🧳 Luggage

    One medium-size suitcase and one personal item are permitted per guest. Luggage handling for one suitcase per person is included .


    🚌 Transportation

    Transportation is provided in a comfortable vehicle selected according to group size. This may be a full-size motorcoach, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford passenger van.


    Full-size motorcoaches include an onboard washroom; Sprinters and passenger vans do not. Comfort stops are planned approximately every 2–2.5 hours.

  • ❄ Day 1 — Toronto → Frankenmuth

    📌 Every departure is slightly unique. We occasionally adjust the itinerary to take advantage of local events, weather conditions, or hidden gems discovered along the way—so you enjoy the very best experience every time.


    6:30 — Depart the GTA

    Board our comfortable transportation at your selected pick-up. Sit back and relax as we head toward Sarnia and the Blue Water Bridge. Please have travel documents ready. We’ll make a scheduled coffee/washroom break en route.


    ~11:30 AM — Duty-Free & Lunch

     Browse duty-free deals and enjoy a relaxed lunch break before we proceed through the border (timing may vary).


    ~3:00 PM — Welcome to Frankenmuth

     Check in for 2 nights at Zehnder’s Splash Village Hotel & Waterpark—a guest-favorite resort near Bronner’s with on-site dining and an indoor waterpark (access optional).


    Evening — At Leisure

    Unwind at the resort, explore nearby shops, or enjoy dinner at leisure. Rest up for tomorrow’s holiday fun.

     7:00 AM — Full Hot Breakfast Buffet (Elf Hollow Café)

    Fuel up with a generous spread of hot and cold favorites to start your day.


    Late Morning — Leisure Time on Main Street

    Stroll Frankenmuth’s Bavarian-style downtown: boutique shops, artisan gifts, bakeries, and photo ops at the covered bridge and River Place Shops.


    Early Afternoon — Bronner’s, the World’s Largest Holiday Store

     Browse miles of ornaments, décor, and festive displays—perfect for souvenirs and gifting.


    Evening — Zehnder’s Holiday Dinner Show

    Seating begins 5:30 PM; the Dinner Show starts at 6:00 PM. Enjoy reserved group seating, a set menu, and live entertainment.

  • What is the activity level and how much walking is involved? We embrace Slow Travel, which means we prioritize quality over rushing. Expect steady but unhurried walking—often through historic districts with cobblestones or stairs. To participate comfortably, guests should be able to walk for 20–30 minutes at a time and navigate uneven surfaces without assistance.
  • What is the typical group size? To maintain a boutique feel, our Coach-based Tours typically host 30–45 guests, ensuring plenty of space on our full-size motorcoaches. For a more intimate experience, our "Meet Us There" Tours are limited to smaller groups of 12–18 travelers.
  • Which hotels will we stay at? We specialize in Signature Stays—carefully selected, character-filled, and centrally located hotels that add a sense of place to your journey. You can find the specific "destination hotel" for this trip listed under the Accommodations section of the itinerary.
  • What happens if I need to cancel my booking? Deposits are non-refundable. However, if you cancel 45+ days before departure (and before paying your final balance), we offer a one-time credit toward another tour within 12 months. Please note that once a booking is paid in full, it becomes 100% non-refundable. We strongly recommend travel insurance for all guests.
  • What happens if CosmoVista Tours cancels the tour? If we must cancel a tour due to unforeseen circumstances, you will receive a 100% refund of all payments made to us. We believe in total transparency and will notify you as early as possible regarding any status changes.
