Parking: Availability and rules vary by pickup location. Guests leaving a vehicle do so at their own discretion. We recommend arranging a drop-off, using a rideshare service, or confirming parking directly with the property.

Timing Reminder for All Bus Tour Pickups

Please arrive at least 15 minutes early. Pickup times are estimates and may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or weather. Our vehicle departs promptly to keep the tour on schedule.

💳 Deposit & Final Payment

A $120 non-refundable deposit per person secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. Please review the cancellation terms and consider travel insurance before booking.

Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage for trip cancellation, delays, and medical emergencies.

🚶 Is This Tour Right for You?

This tour is designed for independent travellers who can walk comfortably for 20–30 minutes at a time, manage stairs and board the motorcoach without assistance. It is not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters or guests requiring continuous assistance.

🧳 Luggage

One medium-size suitcase and one personal item are permitted per guest. Luggage handling for one suitcase per person is included .

🚌 Transportation

Transportation is provided in a comfortable vehicle selected according to group size. This may be a full-size motorcoach, Mercedes-Benz Sprinter or Ford passenger van.

Full-size motorcoaches include an onboard washroom; Sprinters and passenger vans do not. Comfort stops are planned approximately every 2–2.5 hours.

📌 Every departure is a little unique. Itinerary order and timing may be adjusted due to traffic, border processing, local events or other travel conditions.

6:30–9:00 AM | Depart from Your Selected Pick-Up Location

Meet your Tour Director and fellow travellers, board the motorcoach and begin your journey to Boston. Pick-up times vary by location.

Enjoy a buffet breakfast at the hotel before setting out for another memorable day.

Guided Cape Cod & Plymouth Tour

Travel with a knowledgeable local guide to discover the coastal scenery and fascinating history of Cape Cod. Visit the John F. Kennedy Memorial and Korean War Memorial, with time to enjoy a walk along the beach.

Continue to historic Plymouth, where you’ll see Plymouth Rock and other notable local landmarks before returning to the Boston area.

Free Time

Enjoy time to explore independently, take photographs, browse local shops and have lunch at your own expense.
