As a CosmoVista Tour Director, you’re the organizer and host on our guided bus tours across Canada & the U.S. You keep the schedule running smoothly, coordinate with partners, and ensure every guest feels welcome and relaxed. (Note: You are not a tour guide—local step-on guides provide commentary.)

What you’ll do

Manage daily schedules, timing, and check-ins

Coordinate with drivers, hotels, restaurants, and step-on

guides

Lead boarding/seat charts, headcounts, luggage handling

oversight

Support guests with rooming, mobility needs, and special

requests

Communicate updates clearly (announcements)

Handle simple issues calmly and escalate when needed

Maintain a positive, senior-friendly atmosphere


What you bring

  • Calm, friendly presence and excellent communication
  • Strong organization and punctuality
  • Comfort managing groups (seniors & multi-generational travelers)
  • Problem-solving on the go; smartphone proficiency
  • Weekend/holiday availability; passport for U.S. trips

Compensation & Perks

  • $300/day + tips
  • Hotel room in destination, included tour meals per itinerary
  • All tour logistics covered while on assignment
  • Training/shadowing on a first tour when needed
