    Parking: No public parking at this stop. Do not leave your vehicle in the plaza lot. Vehicles may be ticketed/towed at owner’s expense. CosmoVista Tours is not responsible for vehicles or parking availability.


    Please note:  CosmoVista Tours is not responsible for parking availability or security at any meeting location. If you plan to leave your vehicle, you do so at your own discretion.

    To avoid delays, we suggest arranging a ride with a friend, family member, or a service like Uber. Many of our guests coming from outside Toronto also book a nearby hotel with parking before multi-day tours.

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes early to your selected departure point. Pick-up times listed are estimates and may vary due to traffic, road conditions, or weather. Our luxury motorcoaches depart promptly to stay on schedule for our 4-day, 5-day, and holiday tours.

    Deposit & Final Payment

    For departures more than 45 days away, a 10% non-refundable deposit per person secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at booking. Please review the cancellation terms and consider travel insurance before booking.

    Travel insurance is not included. We strongly recommend purchasing coverage for trip cancellation, delays, and medical emergencies.


    🚶 Is This Tour Right for You?

    Our tours are designed for independent, active travellers. Guests should be able to walk comfortably for 20–30 minutes at a time.

    Not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or guests requiring continuous assistance.


    🎒 What to Pack

    Please bring:


    * Government-issued photo ID

    * Comfortable walking shoes

    * Layered clothing

    * Daily medications

    * Small day bag, reusable water bottle, and weather-appropriate items


    🧳 Luggage

    We recommend one checked suitcase and one personal item per guest. Please label your suitcase with your name, phone number, and tour name.

    A colourful ribbon or luggage tag is helpful for easy identification.


    🚌 On the Coach

    Our full-size coaches include an onboard washroom, with comfort stops approximately every 2–2.5 hours. Seats are assigned before departure.

    You are welcome to bring snacks, drinks, books, headphones, and a travel pillow.


    ⏰ Timing & Etiquette

    Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Coaches depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.

    Please respect quiet hours, use headphones for personal entertainment, and keep aisles clear.

    Your Tour Manager will review the next day’s schedule each evening, including departure times, meeting points, and special instructions.

    Optional activities, meals, or schedule updates will be clearly communicated in advance.

    Every departure is a little unique. Itinerary order and timing may be adjusted due to traffic, weather, local events or other travel conditions.

    Board your deluxe motorcoach and settle in for a comfortable journey to Québec City.


    Morning — Scenic Stops Along the Way

    We'll make several comfort stops, including The Big Apple and Mallorytown ONroute, with plenty of time to stretch, enjoy a coffee, or have lunch at your own pace (lunch not included).


    6:30 PM — Welcome to Québec City

    Arrive at the world-famous Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and check into your elegant room.


    The evening is yours to enjoy. Wander the enchanting streets of Old Québec, savour dinner at a cozy bistro, or simply relax inside Canada's most iconic castle.

  • Day 2 • Discover Old Québec with a Costumed Local Guide

    7:00 AM — Breakfast at Château Frontenac (Included)


    Enjoy breakfast overlooking Old Québec and the St. Lawrence River before another unforgettable day.


    9:00 AM — 3-hour guided tour of Québec City with a local guide in period costume (bus and walking)

  • Day 3 • Wolves, Sugar Shack & Winter Montmorency Falls

    7:00 AM — Breakfast at Château Frontenac (Included)

    Enjoy breakfast before heading into Québec's beautiful winter wilderness.


    8:30 AM — Scenic Drive to LUPO Wolf Sanctuary

    Travel through the snow-covered forests of the Appalachian foothills on a scenic drive to one of Québec's most unique wildlife experiences.


    10:00 AM — Guided LUPO Wolf Experience

    Meet the dedicated LUPO team and discover the inspiring stories behind their rescued wolves.


    Walk peaceful forest trails as your guide introduces each wolf, sharing fascinating insights into their behaviour, personalities, and the sanctuary's conservation mission.


    Browse the gift shop, where every purchase helps support the wolves' care.


    1:00 PM — Traditional Sugar Shack Lunch (Included)

    Enjoy an authentic Québec lunch at The Maple Bistreau, where local flavours and maple traditions come together in a memorable dining experience.


    3:15 PM — Montmorency Falls

    Stop at spectacular Montmorency Falls, where winter transforms the cascading water into a breathtaking curtain of ice—one of Québec's most iconic winter sights.


    5:00 PM — Return to Québec City

    Relax on the drive back before enjoying another free evening to explore Old Québec or simply unwind at Château Frontenac.


    Today's Highlight: Spend the day with rescued wolves, savour authentic Québec traditions, and stand before one of Canada's most spectacular frozen waterfalls.

  • Day 4• Farewell Quebec & Return to Toronto

    7:00 AM — Breakfast at Château Frontenac (Included)

    Enjoy one last breakfast overlooking Old Québec before saying goodbye to the city.


    8:00 AM — Check-Out & Departure

    Board your deluxe motorcoach and begin the comfortable journey home.


    Morning — Scenic Drive Through Québec

    Relax, enjoy the changing winter scenery, and reminisce about the unforgettable experiences of the past few days.


    1:00 PM — Lunch Stop (Own Expense)

    Stop at the Mallorytown ONroute for lunch and a chance to stretch your legs before continuing home.


    3:30 PM — The Big Apple, Colborne

    Enjoy a short break at Ontario's famous roadside landmark—perfect for a coffee, a sweet treat, or a few final photos.


    6:30–8:00 PM — Arrival in the GTA

    Arrive back at your original drop-off location with wonderful memories, beautiful photos, and new friendships.
