To avoid delays, we suggest arranging a ride with a friend, family member, or a service like Uber. Many of our guests coming from outside Toronto also book a nearby hotel with parking before multi-day tours.

Deposit & Final Payment
For departures more than 45 days away, a 10% non-refundable deposit per person secures your reservation. The remaining balance is due 45 days before departure. For bookings made within 45 days of departure, full payment is required at booking. Please review the cancellation terms and consider travel insurance before booking.

🚶 Is This Tour Right for You?
Our tours are designed for independent, active travellers. Guests should be able to walk comfortably for 20–30 minutes at a time.
Not suitable for wheelchairs, walkers, scooters, or guests requiring continuous assistance.
🎒 What to Pack
Please bring:

* Daily medications
* Small day bag, reusable water bottle, and weather-appropriate items
🧳 Luggage
We recommend one checked suitcase and one personal item per guest. Please label your suitcase with your name, phone number, and tour name.
A colourful ribbon or luggage tag is helpful for easy identification.
🚌 On the Coach
Our full-size coaches include an onboard washroom, with comfort stops approximately every 2–2.5 hours. Seats are assigned before departure.
You are welcome to bring snacks, drinks, books, headphones, and a travel pillow.
⏰ Timing & Etiquette
Please arrive at least 15 minutes before departure. Coaches depart on schedule and cannot wait for late arrivals.
Please respect quiet hours, use headphones for personal entertainment, and keep aisles clear.

Your Tour Manager will review the next day’s schedule each evening, including departure times, meeting points, and special instructions.
Optional activities, meals, or schedule updates will be clearly communicated in advance.

Day 1 • Your Château Getaway Begins
6:30 AM — Depart from the GTA
Board your comfortable motorcoach and settle in for the journey to Québec City.
Along the Way — Comfort & Lunch Stops
We'll make several convenient stops along the route, including The Big Apple and Mallorytown ONroute, with time to stretch, enjoy a coffee and have lunch at your own pace. (Lunch not included.)
6:30 PM — Welcome to Québec City
Arrive at legendary Fairmont Le Château Frontenac and settle into your Deluxe Historic District room.
The evening is yours. Step outside and wander the atmospheric streets of Old Québec, enjoy dinner at a cozy bistro, meet for a drink, or simply stay in and discover the Château.
Today's Highlight: Your first evening at legendary Château Frontenac — the beginning of three wonderful nights in the heart of Old Québec.

Day 2 • Château Frontenac & Old Québec
7:00 AM — Breakfast at Château Frontenac (Included)
Enjoy breakfast at the Château before beginning your day in historic Québec City.
9:00 AM — Guided Experience Inside Château Frontenac
Discover the stories, architecture and history behind one of Canada's most celebrated hotels during a guided experience inside the Château.
10:30 AM — Private Guided Tour of Québec City
Continue with your local guide for a combination of walking and panoramic sightseeing through historic Québec City.

12:30 PM — Free Time in Old Québec
The rest of the day is yours. Enjoy lunch at a favourite restaurant, browse boutiques and galleries, stop for coffee, or simply wander the historic streets at your own pace.
With Château Frontenac as your home for the night, there's no need to rush back to a waiting coach. Enjoy Old Québec and return to the hotel whenever you're ready.
Today's Highlight: Discover the Château from the inside, then step outside to experience the history and character of Old Québec.
Day 3 • A Château Afternoon to Remember
7:00 AM — Breakfast at Château Frontenac (Included)
Enjoy a leisurely breakfast at the Château and a relaxed start to your day.
Morning — Québec City at Your Own Pace
Sleep in a little longer, browse the boutiques of Old Québec, visit a gallery or museum, enjoy coffee with friends, or simply take time to enjoy the Château.
There is no need to rush — you're staying in the heart of Old Québec, with everything just beyond the Château's doors.
Early Afternoon — Time to Get Ready
Return to your room and get ready for one of the signature moments of your getaway.
Bring something special to wear. This is an occasion to dress up and take some beautiful photos together.
2:30 PM — Afternoon Tea at Château Frontenac (Included)
Enjoy an elegant Afternoon Tea featuring fine teas, open sandwiches, freshly baked scones with Devonshire cream and preserves, seasonal pastries and sweets, accompanied by live piano music.

Day 4• Farewell Quebec & Return to Toronto

8:00 AM — Check-Out & Departure
Board your comfortable motorcoach and begin the journey home.
Morning — Travel Through Québec
Relax and enjoy the scenery as we make our way back toward Ontario, with comfort stops along the route.
